What gives the subconscious so much power over our lives?
The subconscious mind is the hidden spring of our life's programming. Most of us acquire this programming without awareness or choice. For example, as a child, you see a movie in which the wealthy are portrayed as evil and corrupt. This attitude lodges deep in your subconscious--possibly even sabotaging your attempts to acquire your own wealth! Subliminal Messaging can alter those subconscious beliefs so they no longer stop you from achieving your goals.
How does adding images work?
This is one of the most powerful parts of a Subliminal Messaging program. A picture is worth a thousand words! And the subconscious absolutely loves to think in pictures. You dream in pictures. As children, we formed images before we learned to read. This is why intuitive individuals get "image flashes". These come from the well of the subconscious.
How fast will you see the results?
This depends on two factors: 1) the desire of individuals to achieve change, and 2) the type of subliminal program selected. Some goals are more easily achieved than others! E.g. the will to exercise.
Say you want to remember your dreams. You might achieve results the very first night. However, if you have no real desire, but are merely curious, results will materialize more slowly. Subliminal messaging is not a toy: it's powerful. I recommend you work on your top 3 desired areas for one month. You'll see for yourself how quickly results start to manifest. E.g. How many subliminal categories should I choose for best results?
You should choose the top three areas in your life you wish to alter or improve. Focus on those most important to you. Give a Subliminal Messaging program 30 days and you'll see significant results. But even if there's only one particular area you want to affect, I have found that three categories can be the most effective way to proceed. Many users find they can sustain their main goal by adding complementary affirmations such as Exercise and Positive Mindset to support Weight Loss;. In my own case, I was becoming complecent with training so I chose exersize, weight loss and self image.
Are Affirmations Difficult To Write?
It’s not rocket science. There are only a couple principals to bear in mind. For best results, keep affirmations approximately 10 words or less. Affirmations are positive statements, and should be phrased accordingly: " I love being able to breathe freely," not "I will not smoke in the future" Words like "no," "not," "never," are to be avoided. Instead of the negative, "I am not fat," phrase it positively: "I am becoming fit and trim!"
In some of the affirmations the word "I" is replaced with "You". Is there a reason for this?
Yes: "You" comes from a third party. So instead of an affirmation that says "I am successful," I will sometimes use one that says "You are successful." The mind accepts this as positive feedback from a third person, in this case a friend. In most cases I use "I" instead of "You" . But for variety, and for the power of 3rd person authority, I use "you" in approximately one out of eight affirmations.
Will I feel anything as a program runs?
Yes, I felt a subtle shift in my mindset. As your goals and subconscious beliefs start to align, you'll notice a change for the good that comes over you as did me. A feeling of positivity, of achievement, of confidence that all things are possible.
